Acknowledgement of Country

Western NSW Community Legal Centre acknowledges that we work on Aboriginal land.

 

Our offices are based on the traditional lands of the Tubba-Gah people of the Wiradjuri Nation and we pay our respects to their elders past and present. We also acknowledge the traditional owners of different country across which we travel to conduct our outreach services, and also pay our respects to their elders past and present.

 

We are grateful to our Aboriginal staff who work with our non-Aboriginal employees to help them better understand the cultures and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
