Hearing Impaired Assistance
Clients who are deaf, hearing or speech impaired can contact the National Relay Service on 13 36 77 for assistance with contacting us by telephone.
The Centre’s Dubbo offices are wheelchair friendly and accessible to people with restricted mobility. Emphasis is given to outreach venues that meet the needs of people with disabilities. The centre has access to the national Telephone Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). It provides immediate phone interpreting 24/7, an automated telephone interpreting service, pre-booked phone interpreting and on-site interpreting.
