Our lives have been uprooted by COVID-19 but the road to normalcy is starting to become clear. Kids are returning to school and last week Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced a roadmap towards a COVID-safe Australia, to be implemented by each state and territory leader.
In NSW, restrictions will start to be eased this week. From Friday (15 May 2020), up to five visitors, including children, can visit another household and up to 10 people, including children, can gather in public. Cafes and restaurants can re-open, playgrounds and public pools can be used and small religious gatherings can take place. Read our update on the current state of play.
